Production Operator (Part Time Employment)

Overall Job Objectives:

  • Produce food according to HACCP procedures

 

Core Responsibilities  & Accountabilities: 

  • Follow instruction and produce products according to target given and quality.
  • Maintain good manufacturing practices and ensure the factory cleanliness 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Completed primary school education

Production Supervisor

Overall Job Objectives:

  • Ensure adequate and timely production and the availability of finished products to meet company demand 
  • Determine cost-effective production yield (minimize cost, reworks & rejects) and raw materials inventory management
  • Ensure cleanliness & operational readiness of all production equipment and facilities
 

Core Responsibilities  & Accountabilities: 

  • Establish production forecasts to meet company demand
  • Planning, scheduling & deployment of production resources to fulfill production forecasts
  • Ensure adequate finished products inventory at all times to meet customer demand
  • Ensure that sufficient & optimal raw materials are available for production
  • Maintain sustainability and compliance with certifications requirements (i.e. HACCP, ISO, Halal, risk management, workplace safety)
  • Ensure that product quality standards are met e.g. product size, weight, texture
  • Determine that wastage of raw materials during production is minimized
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment and factory cleanliness
  • Manpower planning – Ascertain, justify requests for staff and resources, training
  • Cover duties of other production areas when needed.
 

Job Qualifications:

  • At least secondary education
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a production-related position

Key Deliverables:

  • Adequate finished products to meet customer demand
  • Product rejection rates from the production process are below 5% with product yield of at least 95%
  • Timely production to meet forecasted customer demand 
  • Monthly raw material wastage of less than 3%
  • Factory operational readiness of beyond 95%

 

 

 

Sales Admin

Core Responsibilities  & Accountabilities: 

  • Handle the processing of all customers orders with accuracy and timeliness, including outlets order.
  • Respond to feedbacks and complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Collate all sales order schedule, filing all documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Arranging all orders for delivery and coordinate with production and drivers regards to the orders.
 

Purchase Admin

Core Responsibilities  & Accountabilities: 

  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
  • Send the order to suppliers and follow up with a call or email to ensure order received. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis
  • Review inventories and order as required and deliveries against the orders.
  • Track the status of any orders and deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
  • Ensure that any invoices are input into MYOB for payment and process production daily input and output in MYOB. 
  • Assist in audit stock take with production, investigate inventory variances and update latest stock count.
  • Update and monitor all suppliers pricing, make comparison of all pricing monthly. Alert management of all status of pricing.
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties. 
Job Qualifcations:
  • Minimum ITE or relevant field; certification in admin or purchasing will be an asset. 
  • Experience in sales, sales coordinator or other administrative positions will be added advantage.
  • Good computer skills (MS office or other software like MYOB).
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin. 
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
